According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an auto accident happens every five seconds. That's a lot of accidents, a lot of injures, a lot of necks being whiplashed, and a lot of victims. More accidents happen in the winter and on rainy, stormy days. It's a virtual epidemic.
